After 6 years in the hostility industry, an industry ravaged by the COVID-19 shutdowns, Nic has made his move to become a REALTOR. It was always something he considered and grew increasingly interested in. It wasn’t until he bought his first home in Winthrop, that he knew for sure that he wanted to see others have this same joy. Now he finally had the time to do the course and work on what he wanted to become as a REALTOR who served the general public. He strives to act with integrity and as stated on NAR website “…preserve, protect and advance the right to real property for all.” He will be an advocate not only for his customers but for the community as well.
Nic’s time in hospitality was spent mostly in Sales, where he helped a multitude of people with various backgrounds not only achieve what they were looking for but also making sure they were happy with this decision. Nic now leverages these skills to help his clients negotiate the best terms for their real estate transaction. Nic wants to show you how he brings hospitality to the real estate negation process.
